Waldron Bamford - Chairman of the Board. Wally has a career of experience in the thermal processing industry, having founded, grown and recently sold Can-Eng Ltd, a business similar to Harper International located in Ontario.
Jane Clemens – Secretary. Jane is a retired partner of the Buffalo law firm Underberg & Kessler LLP. She serves as counsel for Harper International, as she has for much of her career.
Wayne Robinson - Chief Executive. Wayne joined Harper in mid-2009 after serving as CEO in companies owned by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR). Previously he worked at General Electric primarily in the manufacturing function.
Kenneth Lyons - Audit Committee Chairman. Ken is retired President of Laidlaw Inc, a large service company in Canada. During his career, he also served as President of Scotts Hospitality, Black and Decker Canada and GE Canada.
Paul Huber - Paul is Harper International’s newest Director. Paul is retired owner and CEO of Seco/Warwich Corp, a producer of heat treat equipment. Paul spent his early career in engineering and sales positions at Sunbeam Equipment Corp.
