Worldwide Service: Harper's experienced field-service technicians and worldwide network of technical representatives enable detailed work such as installation, commissioning, equipment modifications, and relining of refractories on your site.

Advanced Automation: In addition to a complete line of standard furnace components at competitive prices, we offer advanced automation systems as upgrades to Harper or other manufacturers' equipment. Our master craftsmen are capable of fabricating custom components to original equipment specifications. Harper has also instituted the practice of stocking parts at its customers' facilities, where appropriate, for easy maintenance.

Harper factory: Should the scope of a repair project require that it be performed at the Harper factory, our specialists ensure that the work will be completed in the shortest possible time and we will facilitate transportation logistics. Customers throughout the world rely on Harper for parts and service.
