Parts and Service Department: Harper maintains a well-stocked and fully-staffed parts and service department capable of providing responsive service, repair, commissioning and troubleshooting wherever you are located.

Worldwide Service: Our experienced field-service technicians and worldwide network of technical representatives enable detailed work such as installation, commissioning, equipment modifications, and relining of refractories on your site.

Advanced Automation: In addition to a complete line of standard furnace components at competitive prices, we offer advanced automation systems as upgrades to Harper or other manufacturers' equipment. Our master craftsmen are capable of fabricating custom components to original equipment specifications.  Harper has also instituted the practice of stocking parts at its customers' facilities, where appropriate, for easy maintenance.
