Waldron Bamford – Chairman of the Board.  Wally is the Chairman of the Board at Harper International. He received a degree from the University of Detroit Mechanical Engineering, and was previously an Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy with service in the United Nations Peace Keeping corps. Wally has been an owner and manager of several companies in the thermal processing, engineering, and manufacturing equipment industries located in Canada, USA, Mexico, and England. Throughout his career, Wally has served as the First International President Metal Treating Institute, founding Board Member Heat Treating Society, and Fellow of ASM International.

Thomas Kittell – Chief Executive Officer. Tom is Harper’s CEO and newest Director. Previously, he was Harper’s VP Finance and CFO. Since beginning his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP, he has held senior level finance and leadership roles with several manufacturing companies ranging in size from $50M to $1.3B. His experience includes strategic planning, M&A, lean, team building, sales, corporate training and project management. He received his B.S. and MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he continues to serve as an adjunct professor in the evening MBA program.

Jane Clemens – Secretary. Jane Clemens is Corporate Secretary and outside General Counsel for Harper.  She has represented Harper for approximately 25 years. During her career, Jane has primarily represented businesses for a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including, corporate planning, acquisitions, divestitures and financing. Jane received a B.A. from Oberlin College and J.D. cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Paul Huber – Paul Huber is the CEO, Director of Sales and Marketing for RHKG Holdings Inc., a privately held manufacturing company supplying tools, molds and plastic injection parts to a number of industries. Prior to helping found RHKG Holdings, Huber was the Chairman, President and CEO of Seco/Warwick Corporation. He began his career with Sunbeam Equipment Corporation as a cost accounting/estimator and served in a number of capacities in manufacturing, engineering, sales and marketing for both Sunbeam and Seco/Warwick. Huber graduated from The Technical Institute of Alliance College in 1964 with a degree in tool design with further technical studies at Gannon University.

Don McIsaac– Don McIsaac is Executive Vice President and CFO of Cirrus Industries, Inc. a privately held manufacturer of single engine general aviation aircraft located in Duluth, Minnesota. Prior to joining Cirrus, Don has held senior executive positions with financial and operational management roles in a variety of companies with global operations and revenue ranging from $100 million to $2 billion. These companies include Textron Inc., Paccar, Hubbell Incorporated and Blue Bird Bus Company. Don graduated from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada with a BA in History and has earned his Chartered Professional Accountants designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario.
